We have designed a proprietary social interaction meeting format. We can train the organization leaders to conduct social networking meetings where 40 to 50 of the voluntarily opted in employees can attend the meeting once in every 7 / 15 / 21 / 30 days where they share their stressors and share their success stories how did each of them overcome stress to deliver highly productive output. The meetings help employees to do well out of peer pressure and the social appreciation they will derive when they share the experiences with their colleagues. The group in general will develop a good team spirit and will become resilient to unexpected. It will yield improved social interaction and improved social health.
