Objectives

  1. Train the individuals / employees to identify stress and effectively manage their stress
  2. Learning impact of stress on health
  3. Make participants stress resilient.

Duration

1 day – 9 am to 5 pm

Schedule

  • 9 am to 11 am – Session 1 (2 hours)
  • 11 am to 11.10 am – Tea Break
  • 11.10 am to 1 pm – Session 2 (2 hours)
  • 1.00 pm to 1.30 pm – Lunch Break
  • 1.30 pm to 3.50 pm – Session 3 (2 hours 20 minutes)
  • 3.50 pm to 4.00 pm – Tea Break
  • 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm – Session 4 (1 hour)
